1. I may not have been satisfied with the final settlement. That has more to do with trying to squeeze blood out of a turnip. The final amount didn’t even cover half of my losses.
   I learned a lot, what to do and not do if something like this happens again. May that never be so.
   However, the patience, kindness, care and immediate response time was top notch. I do feel they have a great team, and actually work as a team. They had an answer for all my questions, whether I liked it or not, it was clear and understandable. That’s the way it goes with P.I. cases.
   With my brain injury, I wouldn’t have been able to negotiate. So I couldn’t have done this without them.

3. I was pleased with the attention to detail and empathy that I received by all staff at the May Firm. The case manager that helped me was always readily available and attentive to my questions and needs. I felt that I wasn’t just another case and received help and guidance specific to my situation.
