1. Brad completely turned my case around as my 3rd attorney,after the first couple I had hired had took my money and didn’t get results. He came in and completely wrecked the case worker in the TPR hearing. It was EPIC !!! Had her admitting she lied under oath, on paperwork. Completely had her boxed in by the questions he asked, she had no choice. The Judge ended up ordering us to mediation with DHR, stopping the TPR. In that hearing, I followed Brad’s advice even though I was against it, and was worried for days if I had made the right decision. It did get DHR completely out of the case.It ended up working out way better than I think either of us expected and after a few months he filed some paperwork, and this time Judge ruled and my child will be home for Christmas 2024. Never give up, and get a good lawyer the first time. It took me 4 years, 3 lawyers over 20,000 dollars in legal fees and they had a very,very weak case. DHR is not your friend. They destroy family, want work with parents, and the corruption runs deep. They had no intention of my kid ever coming home. I hired Brad 2 year into a case that should have not lasted a year, and he completely turned it around. I’m very grateful to him, he has always answered my emails, and text messages. I get on those pissed off rants about everything they was doing to my family. Not once has he ever ignored me in the last 2 years.He wasn’t much for talking on the phone, but always replies back to emails. That meant alot to me in itself. Good lawyers are not cheap, but he has never left me feeling ripped off for his time. Always fair and worked with me to keep him paid up. I call him Brad nowadays, I absolutely can’t say enough about Mr. Latta. Great guy, Attorney now I’d say friend. I found him on Google, and why I’m leaving this here now.

2. These people are a blessing! Brandy made the process so easy! She was so personal and showed genuine concern in the issues I was having. I was an emotional hot mess until they gave me an amazing sense of peace. Mr. Latta not only was professional, but always responded to emails quickly and efficiently! I understand why he is called the DHR killer! When he pushed, they quickly got it together. He answered all my questions without judgement or irritation. It was nice that he always made sure I fully understood everything going on. You’d be crazy not to use them!

3. Mr. Latta and his team are absolutely amazing!!! We are so thankful that God brought him into our lives at our darkest times. He immediately went to work and never once cast judgement. He listened, showed genuine concern for our situation and absolutely OWNED the courtroom.

   What you won’t get when you hire this law firm is a bunch of smoke and mirrors. No empty promises, unread messages or the feeling that you’re in this fight alone. He earned the nickname DHR killer and I can vouch for that.

   What you will get is a firm that puts family first and will fight for your family as he would fight for his own. You will get updates, reminders and most of all, THE TRUTH. He never once lead us to believe anything he didn’t wholeheartedly believe he could accomplish. From day one he told us this would be a hard road but if we did our part he was going to give it everything he had. Guess what? He gave it his all and when the judge came in to rule over our case, Brad had objected to and poked so many holes in DHR’s case that the Judge himself jumped all over the DHR lawyer and threatened to report them to the state.

   Friends, read this review and trust in my words, if you have any trouble with DHR whatsoever, call Mrs. Brandy and get Brad on your case ASAP. This man OWNS the courtroom and does it in a fashion that I’ve never witnessed. Don’t expect a bunch of hot air, he didn’t carry on and on, DHR spoke over and over and he shut them down with like 5 words lol.

4. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Brad and his team helped us navigate the challenges of a messy DHR and child custody case as we fought to get custody of a family member’s newborn that was taken into the system by DHR 2 days after her birth. We were struggling to find a lawyer that could take our case in our county because there were so many parties involved. He was truly a Godsend, an answer to my prayers. I found Brad’s information online and Brandy was quickly able to put my mind at ease about our chances to get the baby. If your case involves DHR, this is the team for the job! Very professional, prompt, supportive, and knowledgeable.

   Brad and his team have been there to guide us through the ins and outs of a system we had no knowledge about how to navigate. I feared it may take many months or we may never get her at all, but in only 4 months time, Brad helped us get full custody of the baby.
