The Leasing Team of The Kensington Apartment in Pleasanton was very accommodating and helpful. They were patient with us in answering any questions we had.
When we moved in, they were there to welcome us and assist us with our concerns with the apartment unit. Shout out to Savannah for always being there to assist and to let us feel at home.
When we logged a maintenance requests, these were immediately attended by Ricky. He was very professional in answering and explaining any question we had. You will really feel that he knows how to satisfy his customers. He is an ideal maintenance lead.

I came from South Korea earlier this year (2020) and lived here for almost a year. In conclusion, living in Kensington was very satisfying. It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood with good traffic. Staffs of the leasing office are very kind, but they are very competent and thoughtful. I’m sorry that I have to leave Kensington because I have to go back to my hometown, South Korea.

Outstanding! Ms Phillips made it happen for my family. She was professional, understanding and courteous. The apartment serves our needs quite well but would not be possible without her.
I love our little Kensington community! Angela, the property manager, is amazing. She has been accommodating to our every request and need. The community is well maintained and quiet (except our cute little Yorkie) and the people are so friendly. Being so close to the parks, trails, grocery store, CVS and a couple of places to eat makes it just about perfect. We love the Kensington!
Under New Property Management, the situation was rocky at the beginning but since the new property manager Kenia Barrera and leasing consultant Savannah Phillips joined, The life at the Kensington has returned to being wonderful. Many thanks to the maintenance supervisor Ricky who has been really helpful & responsive in fixing my garage. I appreciate you all!!
