  1. Property needs better pillows and insulation between floors. If you like elephants walking above you then you’ll be fine, if not, bring ear plugs or be absolutely inebriated. Pillows remind me of being 15 years old and dirt poor, you only get three to a king size bed and two decorative pillows. Even after asking for two more pillows they are still lumpy POS. Chairs are uncomfortable and table with chairs is oddly placed AND the most uncomfortable surface I’ve ever sat on. I’ve been to many places in this world and concrete is more suitable to sit on than what is in this room. We are now getting a waft of some dank weed from where ever. The door to this room suspiciously doesn’t close fully so you feel like the door is kinda open. Only a deadbolt for security.

Lastly, housekeeping didn’t check the fridge from previous occupants and a leftover ice cream bar was kindly left for us!

    Insulation/repairs/renovation = expensive
    Better pillows = happy guests/more money/future renovations

  2. Let me say this first; the receptionist was friendly. What follows does not reflect upon them. They’re doing their job.

When we first checked in, we were shocked to find someone asleep in our room. They had given us a key to an occupied room. We apologized to the (understandably alarmed) occupant, and returned to the office. We were informed that no other rooms were clean, and there’d be a wait. Fine. We waited twenty minutes, and they showed us to another room.

Our room was abysmal. The filthy bed-skirt had a clear shoe print on the side, a mysterious brown-red stain underneath the bed (!!!), and clear evidence of a recent (if not ongoing) bedbug infestation. The paint on the walls was chipped and peeling, the furniture was in shambles, and there were mysterious stains throughout the room. The bathroom was spartan, which normally I wouldn’t mind, if not for the stark contrast to the pictures advertised at booking.

My skin immediately began to itch and crawl. There was no way I’d be staying here. They could have given me the room for free, they could have offered me money to stay there, I would not. I’m receiving a partial refund, but honestly they could have charged me extra to leave and I’d have gladly paid any ransom to be gone from there.

I began this review by mentioning the receptionist. When I said I’d be a checking out and seeking a refund, I saw not a hint of surprise. Young lady, thank you for your service. You deserve better, and so do I.

  3. My room type was given away to another customer the night before so I had to downgrade then the rooms given to me and my sister were both dirty and had not been cleaned yet. I did get a little refund and some fees waived but overall not worth the trouble because we were in a rush to get checked in and start getting ready. We stayed here for Coachella so it was definitely not worth the price hike they charge. The sink water smelled like sewage, the bathroom is very outdated and floods when showering because the water pressure was very hard and causes the shower curtain to blow around. I will not be staying here ever again.

  4. Spacious clean rooms, with excellent beds and air-conditioning. The front desk lady went out of her way to ensure a great stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
Value for money hotel and great stay
    Thankyou.
Steve and Tim ( Australia )

  5. The young girl working in the front was extremely sweet! But the management is very disorganized. The standard of cleanliness is very low as there are remnants of cockroaches and filth. It smelled like the streets of Venice beach. I basically paid to stay in prison. The management needs improvement as well as the cleanliness and the esthetic. DO BETTER.
