I really had a bad experience with customer service. The manager not only had a bad attitude, she also had racist actions. A store as big as Home Deapot should select its sub-staff better.
Everytime we have asked a staff member a question they have all stopped what they were doing and went the extra mile to help us find an item or answer a product question. All who we have interacted with have been kind, personable and professional. We enjoy doing business here.
Stay clear of this company, they donāt value international customersā¦ We had some spilled milk in the RV and the outright refused to rent us a carpet extractor because we did not have US passports as Germansā¦ So we asked to see the manager, he could not find a solution. They literally gave us the middle finger. Well, aside from the carpet extractor we wanted to buy lots of stuff and tools to fix and outfit the new to us RV, well I guess we get em some place elseā¦ Home depot never ever againā¦ Thanks for leaving us with soaking milk in the RVā¦ Highly appreciated. I will spread that story.
