Came in at 8:15 AM to pick up an order for shower surround and doors. Lisa was the only one in Customer Service and was completely on top of it. When she wasn’t able to reach someone to bring the products up to the front, she secured coverage for her station and went to retrieve the products herself. I was out of there by 8:30. That type of professionalism and personal responsibility will make me a loyal customer of this store. Many thanks to Lisa at Home Depot – Capitol Expressway, San Jose.
We were about to find everything easily, but there was no indication or signage that the cutting station was down, so the plywood sheets that we needed to get cut to fit in our car simply had to get left behind. Not a big issue but sort of annoying to find out only after picking out the sheets and getting them on the cart. Otherwise, staff was very friendly and helpful, especially for returning the sheets
Big Home Depot San Jose Capitol Expressway. The store is huge 75,000 square feet. They have EVERYTHING. The Outside Garden is just as big as the competitors. The plant selections and trees are all SEASONAL. Including Xmas, Easter, Mothers Day…. They have all kinds of plants and trees and veggies and fruit and soil and sand and pavers and bender boards and sprinklers and PVC pipes and fertilizers and grass seeds and hoses and everything you could possibly need for your home to make it beautiful. Service is EXCELLENT. They have plenty of people to always help and answer your questions. The cashiers are also pretty knowledgeable.
The store is good but the store manager was rude. Even before closing time, he was in so hurry to close and was asking staff to hurry up and why aren’t customers scanning items fast. He also said something like he doesn’t get paid for extra time etc. Seemed deliberate to say such things in front of customers.
The Home depot at Capital Expressway, has been our go to for a lot of our products. The pro desk has always been very helpful but I notice they are ramping up their service and knowledge. My experience has always been satisfactory, especially with Amir and Dane, they go out of their way to help.
