this is some kind of mockery, half of the goods are locked and to buy the desired product you need to wait 30 minutes for a consultant, run around looking for it all over Home Depot, this is a mockery, if you have a product that is locked, please place more consultants nearby, I started spending more time at Home Depot than at work 🤷♂️🤦♂️
I went to Home Depot today to copy some keys. Didn’t know where to go so I asked a Home Depot employee for help. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They know the place pretty well.
They have 2 machines to make keys – one is an automatic one and one can only be operated by their employees. If you have a normal, common house keys, the automatic machine works well, fast and cheaper than similar automatic machines in other places. If you have a less common key that the automatic machine can’t recognize, ask an employee to help you use the other machine. It was ~$4/key.
Recommend copying your keys here!
My recent visit to Home Depot for tool rental was a complete disappointment. Despite calling ahead to confirm the availability of rentals, I ended up waiting nearly an hour for an associate to assist me. Multiple pages for help went unanswered, and even when a working associate off the clock tried to get the manager’s attention, he was more concerned about her working off the clock than assisting a customer in need.
When an associate finally showed up, it turned out he only knew how to return vehicles, not rent them out. After another long wait, the manager (James) finally arrived, but instead of offering apologies for the delay and confusion, he bluntly informed me that there were no rentals available, contradicting what I was told on the phone earlier.
The lack of organization, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior of the staff, including the manager, left me feeling frustrated and underserved. It’s disappointing that a simple tool rental request turned into a time-wasting ordeal with no resolution in sight. I expected better customer service from a reputable retailer like Home Depot and was sorely let down by this experience.
Came in for some paint with a bunch of questions on Sunday 03/24/24. Jose who was behind the counter was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He made our experience pleasant and a lot less stressful. We are thankful to have had him there to help us out and provide great customer service! We will definitely be back.
The service here is slow it seems like when I have a question they give me the “one second sir I will be right with you” but never come back. And waiting in line is horrible you are literally waiting about 15 to 20 minutes. If you see that there are 15 people in line waiting and its busy hour there you should put people who are a little more faster at cashier.
