My mom and I went to this home depot because our local one did not have the parts to replace our sink hose and faucet head, which had started leaking. After getting the faucet head, we started looking for a faucet nut, to connect the head to the hose. We could not seem to find one that fit, but Joseph stayed with us for at least an hour patiently helping us throughout the whole process. They were so generous with their time, actively trying to help us find the parts we needed. They stopped to help at least 3-4 different guests, each time returning to assist us. Even though we could not find the part we ultimately needed, Joseph was so so helpful and attentive during the whole time. We are beyond grateful for their help and we hope they get the recognition and promotion that they deserve. Thank you so much Joseph, for your help!
This is the real home cheapo and i like being able to pickup Mexicans off the side for some cash money. They are very helpful. The Mexicans not home depot. Home depot not bad too.
Denise and David at the Pro Desk are excellent. I received great customer service, follow up prior to delivery and after delivery, and a follow up call to ensure everything was to my liking. All I can say is WOW! They were patient and kind and exceeded expectations at every step. Highly, highly recommend them and the Story Rd Pro Desk!
I rate 5* before but today’s experience is not so good. We waited in the garden for an associate more than 15 minutes. Understaffed it seems. Lots of fall plants..
Even tho the plants are in horrible shape, they let them die but won’t give for a deal 😠😠.
I’m very disappointed this time.
In regards to receiving department.
This place doesn’t allow masonite deliveries in loading dock.
They must be unloaded in alley with a pallet jack and forklift. Plenty of employees working in this department to only have 1 employee over 40 unloading by himself.
Needs better teamwork or manpower delegated properly.
