Nice selection of products but they are very lacking in personnel. Purchased a refrigerator which is in the back of the store and when we went up to pay for it the invoice that the individual salesperson gave us was the wrong one and had to go back to the back of the store to get a new invoice so they could ring it up. Never knew it had to be so exact to take your money. And since they use a third party delivery service they have zero control over them and they can call you and talk to you anyway they want and change the delivery time at will. Very unreliable! However in full disclosure. We were very happy with the delivery and the gentleman that were delivering it were the best that we have ever experienced. I do think the store should have a little more communication ability with the third party delivery company.
I asked for help to load $1,800 worth of materials, and no one helped me except for one sheet of drywall. They didn’t even let me park under the shade. Horrible customer care experience.
Well I go there to buy supplies for my privacy fence that was damaged in a storm. I buy $500.00 dollars of supplies and have to load it on my trailer. We’ll they have the backdoor loading access blocked off. So I asked could I get closer to the back door and get some help loading all the materials. We’ll that did not happen. One fellow that worked there told me that I had to move because they only let people get that close if they buy a whole pallet of the privacy fencing. He was rude and said he doesn’t do anything to help me load my trailer. I hired a person out there looking for work to help me. So I will be going elsewhere to do business. I have spent thousands of dollars at the homedepot stores. This store is the only one that blocks the loading doors.
The team member that I interacted with was very unprofessional, and she didn’t want to look up an item for me. She stated that she needed the barcode of the item, but I tried to explain to her t there was no barcode on the item. I had to go outside the store and take a picture of the item in order to get service. Not a good experience, and not good for the store’s image.
Worst experience ever I had to wait 1 hour and 22 minutes for 2 pieces of lumber to be cut. But the employee luwon was great help and deserve a raise
