Had to jump on to praise this place after an absolutely blissful stay last week. Beautiful property, and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff made it their priority to help us relax and have a wonderful time. I loved the included continental breakfast and catered lunch, because not having to really think about at least 2 meals for the day helped us unwind even more. Rooms are appointed with everything you need, in case you forget to pack anything. Can’t recommend The Hacienda at Warm Sands enough. Thank you for a perfect stay!
Always hospitable and very clean. Upscale location for taking of your clothes and enjoying the sunshine along with heated pool and hot tub. I enjoyed a Deluxe Suite facing the west pool. The staff are very friendly and always near but never in the way. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day and the catered lunch kept me going until a dinner out on the town. My boyfriend and I have been coming to Palm Springs from Seattle each November for 3 years in a row. The Hacienda at Warm Sands is our home away from home.
Personal service, luxurious rooms, friendly guests, intimate setting. Perfect for a getaway where you can interact with other guests as much or as little as you wish. Stayed here 5+ times and will be visiting again for sure.
Phenomenal in every regard.
Room was not only well-maintained but welcoming, and offered far more comforts than similar hotels would for far less of the cost per evening. Full access to the pool and hot tub right out the door made it even better.
Staff were also fantastic: kind, attentive, and respectful of space. The location is another selling point. Downtown PS is less than 5 minutes away, and other big destinations are all reasonably distanced too.
If you really want to treat yourself, I can’t recommend this resort enough.
My husband and I just returned from a fantastic 5-night stay at The Hacienda and we are still glowing! The staff is unparalleled… extremely warm and welcoming and their attention to detail is exceptional! Our favorite amenities, aside from the gorgeous views, were the continental breakfast and catered lunches that were included. The orchestration of both meals was done so professionally and eating poolside just outside of our suite felt like a real luxury. We can’t wait to return!
