Iâve been battling plantar fascitis for 8 months. Iâve been to other doctors with no results. Dr. Melley listened to my woes, was understanding and professional and has a good sense of humor. The entire staff has been accommodating and friendly. I definitely recommend this clinic
Dr. Melley and his staff are the best!!! My husband is a diabetic and began seeing Dr. Melley about 2 years ago. Dr. Melley and his staff have taken great care of him. They are very knowledgeable and very professional!!! They are also kind and compassionate to their patients. We have been so impressed by him and his entire staff and would highly recommend their services.
I love love love Dr.Melley and his Awesome Staff. I live in Troy and gladly drive the hour and 15 minutes to appointments with The Foot Specialist. I moved to Alabama 6 years ago from South Carolina. This office is by far the best in the business in Alabama. By profession I work with Joint Commissions and the office cleanliness and attention to detail is on point. If you are looking for a podiatrist look no further this is where you need to go.
I am delighted Dr. Melley was so highly recommended and I chose to go there. In the first few months I was very pleased with the staff and Dr Melley. When it came time for me to have foot surgery I was also diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis which has made it Difficult for me to get around to have surgery and have someone look after me while recovering. I had to reschedule my appointment three times because of this diagnosis.
I asked to have my surgery at Eye Center South where they do their surgery there. Because it wouldâve been easier on me to recover with less pain and not having any family here to help me. They refused to do that and I was told they could do it all in the office and I wouldnât have any more pain than I would there. This is several surgeries on both feet. They would not reschedule it since I have already had to cancel in the past. They were rude and refused to accommodate me because it was scheduled over a week from now and they had blocked out their whole day that Friday. They donât work on Fridays so that was an out right lie .
I look at it all as a blessing meant to be. They only care about their selves and donât accommodate whatâs going on with the patient. If you have an auto immune disease and no one to help you out I would never go there! Iâm picking up my records on Tuesday and they are charging me $14 from our records to take to another doctor.
