Booked an appointment with Elizabeth Sandy, PA, on ZocDoc. She was great. Unfortunately, I will not be back due to the horrible billing and customer support.
After my initial visit, I was told my co-pay was $20 which I paid there. Later, I got an email saying I had an outstanding balance. I was confused since I always pay $20 for doctor visits. I submitted a message to billing support since there was no phone number on the website. I got an automated response that said “Muhammad is reviewing your request.” I never heard back so I sent in another message. Same automated message and heard nothing. I tried again and again. Nothing. Later, I get another email that a balance had been added to my account. I got charged $30 for a phone call regarding my lab results. The call lasted less than 10 minutes but I was billed for “21-30 minutes of medical discussion.” I am extremely disappointed with this service. I paid it but will not be coming back. Nothing bad to say about Elizabeth Sandy.
I have been seeing Dr Ryan Frost for just over a month now and I couldn’t be happier! He is attentive, smart, warm and super supportive. Everything you want in a doctor! Highly recommend! The only negative thing I’ll say about this establishment is that their online system is super annoying. Most times I try and book an appointment they end up booking me with a doctor that isn’t mine. (Dr Frost) So I have to call them to make the changes. I have told the reception a number of times but nothing seems to change however, Dr Frost is amazing!
This clinic is amazing! The moment I walk in, I’m greeted with warm smiles and genuine care from the staff. I always feel welcome here.
Dr. David Alajajian is an absolute gem, incredibly informative, and his expertise is unmatched. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, making me feel at ease during appointments.
The service is exceptional, and the whole team goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.
Moreover, I absolutely love how effortless it has been to schedule visits. Given my frequent travels, they’ve been exceptional at finding the perfect time slots that align seamlessly with my busy schedule.

Dr Frost is incredibly empathetic and understanding. He is very attentive of YOUR concerns–never have I felt dismissed by him. If you’re doing an in-person visit, you are in for a very welcoming experience. Every person in-house is very kind, professional, and accommodating. I highly recommend them!
I am trying to call you office to see if you take my insurance. However your AI automatic phone answering machine seems to be faulty. When I press 1 or 2 or any option it keeps saying “sorry that entry is invalid”. How do I contact you?
