Amazing food. Great service and staff with live music. Pool tables are available to play on too and not expensive. We got the Cove Bucket to share. The tuna nachos might be my new favorite food. Highly recommend!
We discovered this local spot after a friend mentioned it. It was a Saturday evening, and they had live music. The menu is limited but diverse, and many of the dishes are spicy. We got the tuna nachos as an appetizer, and it did not disappoint. It is a bit spicy but very tasty.
I ordered the half Philly steak sandwich, and my husband had the fish tacos. Both were very good.
Service was pleasant, and the food arrived in a timely manner. There wasn’t a wait when we arrived but there was a line by the time we finished up at 7:30.
Parking was available in the lot next to the restaurant and on the street.
Been to Gulf Shores a few times, 1st time at the Cove – loved it! The Blacken Chix Quesadilla was amazing, wife tried the Shrimp Stuffed Avocado- sounds weird but I see why it’s a favorite. Great service, smaller dive bar feel but amazing food. Darts, pool and live music if you stay later. Definitely worth a visit!
The Cove Bar & Grill in the heart of Gulf Shores is always a treat. We stopped by for late lunch/early supper about 3p in the afternoon. Not much going on at all. The bartender was very accommodating and joked around with us. We enjoyed the Stuffed Avocado -(Yum!) and a cheeseburger. The food is always consistent. They do offer live music in the evenings.
