I have a new computer and set it up properly. But, I could not log back on. I took it to the Computer Store and he kindly set down with me.Showed me all the steps that he took to open the computer. He saved me hours online with HP technician. He didn’t charge a thing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definetly bring my other computer in for him to repair.
This guy is a genius!!! Solves problems in a timely and cost efficient manner. Super nice and honest with current and potential issues. Forget the box stores or sending your computer away to get fixed… this guy is amazing!!!
My parents were having an issue with their computer and I was unfortunately not in the area to be able to offer them the assistance they needed. I found this place, called them from where I was at and explained what was going on.
They were extremely helpful and my parents brought their computer in & within an hour or so the computer was not only repaired, but they also gave tips to help them in the future.
I would not hesitate to use them again & highly recommend them to others.
