Actually fixed my audio issue and charged me a very fair price.
I had a constant issue with my high frequencies cutting out, which eventually culminated in my speakers not working at all. Dealership recommended swapping the factory amp out, which didn’t fix the issue. These guys actually debugged the problem starting from the head unit, found out the *correct* fix, and were able to get me back up and running in a matter of hours. Because they methodically worked to figure out what the issue was instead of throwing stuff at the wall to see what works, they were able to fix it the first time around. I will be going back here any time I encounter any car audio problems.
These people know what they’re doing, I would trust them with any car I own and do the same for my friends’ cars. They do their research and have knowledge about everything known to human kind about stereos. Love this place and my cars are only going here no where else.
I had an issue with power to my car’s new head unit and Hai was able to troubleshoot and resolve. I highly recommend these guys- extremely friendly and incredibly helpful!
New post Nov 19 2020. This is my latest update…5 out of 5 holds on my second vehicle install. I purchased online special large display android system for my 4×4. They installed it perfectly. Including the cameras front and rear. I am very happy with the quality of work. Nice attention to not scratching my dash and the running of wires worked out well.
2 year old post. This is a small shop with a couple of talented car audio entrepreneurs. I bought a sony 2xDIN , backup cam, new antenna. They fixed the install appearance and antenna problems I had from a redwood city store years ago. I like that they handle the warranty for the items you buy from them. Many make you go to the manufacturer yourself once the sale is over. Not a store with a hundreds of items bought in bulk, stocked and push on you. Instead it’s more like a shop that only carries the small variety of items with today’s most desired features. Items that work well enough they choose to support. They have fees for installing things you buy online. But going there to see the features will most likely provide you more confidence to purchase something from them.
Almost forgot to mention they installed a little device so my original steering wheel radio controls function with the system.
These guys did a full overhaul of the entertainment system in my 99 truck. We’re talking front and rear cameras, stereo, speakers, and alarm system. They were always willing to help troubleshoot stuff over the phone, and I’m pleased to say after two years they honored the warrant on their labor. A ground wire failed on my backup camera causing it to not work intermittently. They scheduled me an appointment (sent me a Google calendar invite, which I love) and fixed it better than new at no cost. Thanks Hai, Melissa, and team!
