Go to a certified dealership! The cars are all used and all have serious issues and they try to make you believe your the reason the car is not drivable. The car almost caused me and my children to have a serious accident.
They are crooks and do not treat customers fair at all. I spent more money fixing the car for what it’s not worth. The oil leaked all over the engine and hood. The serpentine belt was replaced 3X and the problems continued to occur.
He also probably performed a faulty smog and claims that it passed. I went to a smog shop and they told me the car would not be able to pass smog due to the check engine light and the code that was showing ONLY BMW can erase. They also shared that the Richmond car company are not fair & are not honest sales company.I should have know better to return the vehicle instead of wasting my money.
Also, the 02 censor was not hooked up he had it taken apart to prevent the check engine light from coming back on.
I paid my monthly notes until the car broke down and I allowed them to “repo” the vehicle Because who is going to pay for a broke down BMW after spending thousands of dollars already I wasn’t going to continue when they didn’t want to fix the problem that was there to begin with.
He also claims I drove 8,000 miles! How is that possible when the vehicle was broken down half the time I only had the car for not even 2 months and it was down for several weeks!
Do not waste your money or time they will attempt to re-sell the same vehicle with the same problems to do it all over to another customer.
They aren’t loyal and lie about everything and sent crack heads to “repo” your car that don’t even tow your car they literally drive it away!
I had a great experience with purchasing my vehicle from the dealer and his secretary. They were both very helpful and nice and they will find you the best deal for you. The dealer also made repairs to my vehicle as needed with no questions asked! I highly recommend this dealer to everyone they will take care of you! Great service 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾🌟
