I got eye surgery here less than 3 yrs ago. After my prk surgery they gave me the wrong medicine so I was uncomfortable till I went back the next day and they gave me the right one. I went back for a check up in November since before they said I should get one 1-3 yrs after the surgery with them. After the surgery my eyes started to feel dry they told me of eye drops that can help. Since then my eyes feel really dry and all they can say is to use eye drops. Iād suggest donāt get eye surgery itās really uncomfortable having dry eyes.
Patient are being call back on quickly no t too much waiting . Nurses are nice and polite. The lights are bright enough.
Dr. Scott IS THE BEST! But the receptionists/office staff is not up to parā¦ happens every year: I to order my contacts at the desk, instead of taking 1 minute to check to see if the contacts are in stock (no one else waiting behind me) they automatically tell me ā1 to 2 weeksāā¦then 1 hour later when I am back at work I get a call āwe had them in stockāā¦ absolute waste of my time and gas and absolutely irritatingā¦
Have a hemorrhage in my eye, Dr Mehta was more concerned about my insurance and getting paid than my eye. They canceled several appointments saying they donāt have medication. Am going elsewhere.
I was seen by Dr. Vyoma Shah a while ago and she was the sweetest doctor I have ever met. She was had such welcoming smile with and without her mask. She answered all my questions (I had a lot) willingly and in way I could understand. She wasnāt even supposed to be my doctor that day, my doctor had something to attend to on short notice and Dr. Shah, who had many patients of her own to attend to, made time to fit me into her schedule and even did it with a smile on her face. My only complaint with Eye Medical Center is that they didnāt tell me that my doctor wasnāt coming until 30-40 minutes into me waiting past my scheduled appointment time, but Iām sure there was good reason, they may have just been trying to get organized after a total shift in their day due to unforeseen circumstances. I didnāt mind the wait. I understood and was just so grateful that Dr. Shah has so much patience to go above and beyond to be of service to patients whether they are hers or not. Definitely recommend Dr. Shah and Eye Medical Center.
