  2. Matt or cate isn’t having any mercy or grace on me . When I had herina surgery on 06/07/2023 and a heart attack on 06/17/2023. Cate was very demeaning towards me. I was hospitalized from 10/15/2023 to 11/08/2023 with MRSA and I was bed ridden for a while and couldn’t walk and had to be hospitalized having to have emergency surgery on my spine where the infection was.

    Then cate said to me. That’s not on people like her. Meaning she has perfect health and doesn’t have the same kind of worries like me.

    Matt or anyone else is not going to tell me what to do in my own house. I don’t have to hire any contractor and he agreed with me.
    So by all means Matt play your recorded phone call with Me. It would have you that you agreed with me about not having to do the inspection.

    Matt just wanted to take over the conversation so he can talk nasty and ugly to me like how cate was speaking to me. I have saved the emails.

    This is how these sorry men have always treated me. I don’t have to take being abused by him. So Matt saying he recorded my phone call doesn’t frighten me. I

    And this is how Matt and cate treat me how dare them!

    Well Matt never communicated with me about orion180 being my insurance company last year. I started receiving text and emails demanding that I do an inspection. Or my insurance would be canceled

    I also can’t afford a contractor. If they can treat other people with professionalism they can treat me that way to.

    I am a person who has feelings. And I don’t deserve not be treated this way. That is the problem I have with these males. Who want to treat me dirty and treat me like I’m a nobody.

    I have the letter from orion180 stating they were cancelling my home owners insurance because they weren’t licensed in Alabama.

    Matt wishes to continue to inflict pain and suffering on me. Then I will have no choice but to take legal action against him. I am a person also who has feelings.

    I don’t have to let anyone in my house. To inspect. They are violated my civil rights here. I have a right to stand up to them.

    Everyone forgets that consumers have rights. He told me one thing over the phone and talking hateful and lying in his emails.

    Orion180 wasn’t insured in the state of Alabama. They had a 3rd party writing their insurance. I had to insurance companies prior to orion180.

    Not one of them required an inspection or pictures taken of my home. I stand up for my self and don’t list people like Matt and cate treat me badly.

    He didn’t like that I stood up to them. So he is continuing to write false statements to my complaint. I have saved the emails from both Matt and Cate. With them slandering me like they are doing to me in here.

    Nobody has to put up with being treated like this. By two people who think they know it all.

    I had water damage claims and yard vandalism . Cate said no other insurance would give a quote but Orion for $4200.

    I was upset then we went back and forth on email arguing. Then she acts like an innocent person. When she forgot how she spoke to me last year demanding that I do the inspection or my home owners insurance would be cancelled.

    Then Matt got involved saying cate is no longer on my file. Even though she has been the one from the beginning being rude and hostile toward me.

    We talked on the phone. Then I sent him an email then his replay saying they don’t do business with customers who scream at them or rude.

    But he was the one being rude to me along with cate. Falsely saying that I can’t control my emotions and we are all adults here.

    Well he was the one being unprofessional being hostile threatening towards me. As usual he denies that him and cate were rude to me. Don’t all businesses deny it?

    I’m not giving them no $4200. I happen to remind him that customers have rights, and how him and cate talked to me and blaming me wasn’t treated me as a customer fairly.

    I stood up to him and cate and they don’t like it. Then she whines to him when she can’t take what she dishes out.
