This place was great! Frank, at the front desk, was super helpful and accommodating, as was every staff member we encountered. Itās not a luxury hotel, but the staffās friendliness, the comfy bed and the free breakfast with waffles made it worth it. Also the Sunsets bar right next door serves excellent food (they seem to share their kitchen with the amazing sushi restaurant next door). Weād definitely stay there again. Thanks for making our stay really nice.
I absolutely loved this cute inn by the beach!! It was lovely waking up next to the water every single day. There was everything you could need within reach. Easy to walk or drive anywhere in the area. DJ was super helpful at the front desk. The only thing I would say is ānegativeā is that the jets donāt work well in the hot tubā¦ but the view is spectacular, so that somewhat makes up for it hehe. Hopefully this will be resolved in the future, but I will def be staying here again regardless! š
Nice, clean hotel within walking distance to the beach. Beautiful views! A few good food places also within walking distance. Breakfast was good; it included waffles, muffins, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and some other items. The only room drawbacks were that there was no bathroom fan, you could sometimes hear your neighbors through the wall, and the back door was often stuck/ hard to open, but these werenāt a big deal for us.
I greatly appreciated being asked the two ADA questions regarding service animals by front desk staff, DJ was his name I believe. Very courteous and knowledgeable, it was very refreshing and great to see!
However, I was very disappointed to encounter another dog from our neighborās unit that was clearly not a service dog based on behavior (pulling and whining at my dog, not listening to commands the owner gave). Definitely a bit disheartening to encounter after the thorough questioning I went through. To other guests reading this: please donāt pass off pets as service animals, itās very damaging.
Overall it was a good stay and we hope to return soon!
I booked a reservation at this hotel and called to simply ask a few questions, and the manager was the person who answered. He was extremely rude to me. He kept cutting me off and overtalking me every time I tried to speak. And then still didnāt answer my questions, and then hung up on me. So I canceled my reservation. Iām not about to spend $1200 on a room and have the manager be rude to me and hang up on me because I tried to ask questions. Save yourself the trouble and pay to stay somewhere you can be treated with respect.
One of the best beach hotels Iāve ever stayed at. Right across from the beach with plenty of amazing restaurants and activities nearby. The rooms were amazing with our balconies facing right towards the ocean. The view and locale is stunning, and accommodations were perfect in my opinion. Customer service at the front counter were also a very memorable aspect, shout out to D.J., he deserves a raise 100%. He took care of any issues, questions, and last minute changes we might have had. The price for these stunning views and amazing rooms were more than reasonable, and I would absolutely come here again. 10/10 stay
