  1. Very nice place to take your family. Itā€™s clean, up to date on decoratingā€¦not dated like some. Grounds are well kept. Just donā€™t leave belongings at the pool for even 1 minute. We did for just a few minutes to go tell our daughter where we were and came back to it all gone. We had to figure out how to get it back. Thatā€™s the reason for only 3 stars on service. Itā€™s a shame to treat customers who are paying good money that way. Other than that I would go back.

  2. The Beach Club at Gulf Shores was a great place for a family reunion. I was recruited to help plan our family reunion there this year for 100 attendees, young and old, coming from all over the country. I did not know what to expect. But The Beach Club had a secret weapon to help me, and her name was Cari Blanton. From room assignments, to check-in, from use of amenities to coordination of meeting rooms and tent set-ups Cari was there to help every step of the way. I must have texted, emailed or called her hundreds of times in the course of planning, and every time she was very responsive in answering questions, coming up with solutions or meeting our requests ā€“ even during off hours. She was wonderful to work with. The consensus of the family reunion attendees was that everybody had a great time and enjoyed The Beach Club. Weā€™ll be back, either as individual families or for another family reunion. Thanks Cari and The Beach Club!

  3. Our condo was pretty nice! Loved the pool areas and the beach was very nice! We also enjoyed the poolside snack bar.
    There are a few things that could have been better. They need to # the TVs and the remotes and make sure they are all working! The auto curtain covering one of the patio doors was not working šŸ˜•. Also the water pressure in the primary bathroom was low the entire time we were there.

  4. Our experience at the Beach Club was one of the best I have ever experience. My group was well please and couldnā€™t stop talking about the accommodations. This was our first time there and my wife and I are going to make this one of our getaways. Cari Blanton was a wonderful and very patient salesperson. Thanks for everything.

  5. We booked a four-night stay in Doral #707 at The Beach Club Resort. The resort itself was stunning, offering beautiful views and plenty of activities. However, our experience was marred by several issues.

    On the night we arrived, we stayed up late playing board games and listening to the ocean waves. When we finally went to bed, we discovered discolored sheets, sand particles, and numerous strands of hair in the master bed. It was clear that the sheets had not been properly changed prior to our arrival. As it was late, we had no choice but to pull up the sheets and sleep on the exterior of the bedding, which was frustrating and unpleasant. Additionally, we found sand on the floor and kitchen utensils with food and egg particles from previous guests. I was also surprised to find there was no pizza cutter in this unit.

    The second night, my 12-year-old daughter discovered that her bed railings were broken. One slat on the side of the bed was on the floor while the other was not, causing the bed to lean when she lay or sat in it. We notified housekeeping and Ms. Martin. Housekeeping argued that the sheets had been changed, despite visible evidence to the contrary. Ms. Martin assured us that housekeeping and maintenance would address the issue. However, maintenance never arrived, and my daughter, whose birthday trip we were on, had to sleep in a broken bed each night.

    I called Ms. Martin again on the third night, informing her that maintenance had not come. She stated she would contact them again, but they never arrived. The piece from my daughterā€™s bed remained on the counter for our entire stay. No one checked back with us, asked if the issues had been resolved, or extended an apology for the many problems we faced.

    While we loved the location and view, this condo requires more attention and attentiveness to guests.
