Live at the Asher on the rooftop, hosted by Aisea and the Minor Islands, has been one of the most incredible experiences I’ve had while living near here. It’s not just a concert—it’s a true community event that brings everyone together. Meeting new people and forming new friendships has been the highlight of my time here. The quality of these free concerts rivals any $100 show, with family-friendly music and a vibe that can’t be beaten. Plus, the vendors offering delicious food just add to the perfect summer evening.
The music from 5 PM to 10 PM creates a complete atmosphere of joy and connection. These events are what make summer at The Asher so special, and I always look forward to them. I sincerely hope these concerts continue because they’ve made the apartment feel like more than just a place to live—it feels like home.
We really like the community, it’s a newly constructed apartment complex with good interiors and spacious community spaces like Gym, rooftop and swimming pools.
The maintenance team is really good & helpful. Rafi, our maintenance manager here makes sure he helps everyone on time and is very courteous.
Cons : over the years, rent has drastically gone up a lot comparing to new apartments in the surrounding and in consideration of all safety concerns car break-in’s, bike theft and not to mention odd hours fire alarms…
Pros : Rafi & the maintenance team continue to be outstanding. They respond quickly, fix issues efficiently. Their professionalism and friendly approach makes a huge difference.
I have been consistently impressed with the exceptional support provided by The Asher leasing office. The team at The Asher has truly set a high standard for customer service that other establishments should aspire to.
From the moment I first inquired about leasing a unit, the staff at The Asher have been nothing but professional, helpful, and accommodating. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that my experience at the site has been nothing short of excellent.
What truly sets The Asher apart is their unwavering commitment to fairness and empathy. They have always been fair in their dealings with tenants, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and equality.

The maintenance crew at The Asher is awesome! Franco and Freddy were super nice and friendly and they’re great at their job! They did their very best fixing things found in the move-in inspection and I’m very happy with the results!
Special kudos to Rafi, the leader and supervisor of the maintenance crew at the Asher! On my move-in day, Rafi voluntarily helped me and gave me several tips as to how to maintain the apartment. He also told me not to worry about the normal wear and tear stuff, which made me feel at ease. On top of that, he went above and beyond and showed me the closest way to get to various amenities The Great Asher has to offer from my apartment. He made me feel very welcomed and right at home! The Asher is fortunate to have Rafi as their maintenance supervisor!
Last but not the least, special thanks to Steven and Elizabeth in the leasing office for making the move-in experience easy and stress-free! I highly recommend The Asher for anyone who is looking for a modern and contemporary apartment complex to call their home!

Tida at reception greets everyone with smile, goes above and beyond to help the residents. She is amazing very helpful person. Rafi who provides services is very excellent in addressing the servicing needs in the community. Always the first person to respond if we anything needed with respect to servicing issues.
