1. We went and saw Osbaldo and purchased a stove. We were so happy with the service, recommendations and the price. We looked at Best Buy and bought an open box washer and dryer but were unhappy with what we got from Best Buy so we went back and bought a washer and dryer and a steamer to steam our clothes. Great service, great products, best of yet not an open box these are new appliances great quality with reasonable prices. We were able to get a hold of Osbaldo and they were great at communicating even the day of delivery 🚚. Thanks for everything

2. We are absolutely THRILLED with the package we purchased! Sarah was super helpful with putting a quote together for us and made the experience a breeze. Got all of our appliances on the date we were told we’d have them. They removed my old appliances. Overall it was great service.

3. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!

   On 5/25/24 my husband and I came to this business with the intention of purchasing a refrigerator, which we did. Additionally, my son who just moved into his first home, bought a washer, dryer, and dining set from this business as well. Altogether, we made a purchase of well over $6000 dollars.

   However, the refrigerator was installed incorrectly, causing a disastrous leak through the wall and seeping beneath our floor. Quite literally when walking, we can hear the floor squish. The water from the leek is seeping out of the cracks. Anyone can see the floor bubbling up, being a testament of the ruined state in which our floor was left in. Just two years ago, my husband and I saved our hard-earned money to redo our entire floor, which my husband single handedly installed himself. Now, we have to spend thousands of dollars fixing all the water damage! It’s a shame that hard work and well earned money goes to waste due to one’s inattentiveness when doing their job.

   When we noticed the ongoing damage being done to our floor, we immediately called the company. We provided videos of the damage and showed the incorrect installment. Their course of action was to send the same technician who had initially installed the refrigerator incorrectly. The technician admittedly agreed to his faulty installment. However, even after this confession the company refused to take responsibility! They accused us of having tampered with the waterline, as if we’d willingly ruin our newly installed floor. Unfortunately, they have left us no choice but to take legal action.

   It does not stop there, they delivered a faulty dryer to my son. My son called them and told them it wasn’t working, so they went to go fix it. Needless to say, they were unsuccessful. So, they took the dryer, but no one followed up with him providing any details. My son called multiple times trying to get a least an explanation as to what was happening, but a sufficient answer was not given. It wasn’t until he physically went into the store that they finally communicated they are supposedly going to deliver the dryer tomorrow. This company completely disregards their customers. Unbelievable.

4. We absolutely love The Appliance Outlet! They have so many great choices and really good prices!
   We bought our washer and dryer and refrigerator there! We plan to continue buying from them in the future!

5. Great customer service. Very large selection of nearly every appliance. I bought my fridge from them and it was a great experience. Highly recommend. They also offer extended warranty
