1. I first used The Appliance Doctor about 8 months ago. I was very pleased with his service. So when I had several appliances go out one after the other, I gave him a call. He was able to schedule me within a couple of days. He was very professional and was able to fix my issues in a timely manner. Once again, I was very pleased. I highly recommend.

2. I am very thankful to have found this company. He was recommended to me and I found him to be very prompt. Once I called, he was able to come out that week and ordered parts and had me up and going the next week, when the parts came in. Very nice and friendly. I have keep this number for future issues that I may have.

3. I called and spoke to the owner about repairing the hinges on an oven. I let him know it was 10 years old, he said “some can’t be ordered if they are old, but that should be fine.”He came out and charged me close to 100 dollars to say I can’t order the hinges they are no longer available. He could have asked for the Part numbers over the phone, if he thought they may be no longer available bc of the age of the appliance. I hope this helps someone not to throw away your hard earned money. Look up your parts number first!!!

4. Made an appointment and he showed up on time and was able to repair our dryer. A pleasure to deal with and would not hesitate to call again.

5. I highly recommend The Appliance Doctor. I wouldn’t use anyone else now. Reliable, honest, fair plus they know what they are doing! I have used them on several occasions and always happy with their service. I encourage you to use them the next time you need appliance repair.
