I had a wonderful experience with Tetters! I had two shower valves replaced, gas logs installed, a tankless water heater installed and my HVAC serviced. I canât say enough great things about Isaiah, Sammy and the entire team!
Plus, their rates are far more reasonable than two âwell knownâ companies in the area that I have used before .
I will definitely use them again!
Plumbing: Our situation was not good for us. We really didnât like the wait for the services, but it was what it was. The job was done, and it was done right. In the end we were restored better than before. The employees were respectful and knowledgeable. I am glad that we went with this company.
Donât even understand it. They were recommended to me by someone. Called em. They couldnât make it right away. Made an appointment. On appointment day, no call no show. Called em back. Lady said they had an âemergencyâ that day and would be there as soon as they were done. Again never called me back or came out. Worst customer service is obvious.
Letâs begin this review for Tetterâs by actually starting at the beginning.
On Monday June 26th, 2023 it was the HOTTEST week on record this Year. We called Tetterâs that day & they immediately sent a technician out. His name is Mario & he was knowledgeable, kind, & personable. Unfortunately, the entire HVAC unit had to be replaced.
We went to the Office that very afternoon & submitted the paperwork for a new unit and an order was placed for a new one. The replacement was received 2 days later and on Thursday the 29th of June, they installed a brand new HVAC unit in our home.
Every aspect of our experience from start to finish was handled with urgency and professionalism.
Samuel sent 2 of the best installers to do this job and they knocked it out in 2 hours. Yes, I said TWO HOURS!

Last but definitely not least, we had the pleasure of Sandy assisting us in the office. She is a breath of fresh air & made this process easy as well.

Tetters Heating & Cooling were professional, efficient and economical. The first technician couldnt find the problem but that was because I hadnât ran the air in 3 days. He was thorough couldnt find anything wrong. He showed me everything. He left. I turned air on. Several hours later it started leaking again. I called the owner Leon Tetter. He personally came out at night. He told me to leave it on so he could find leak. He fixed the problem. He did not charge me additional price. I will always use and recommend Tetters!
