This cute little boutique just opened in Highland park. It’s clean, bright, and well organized. The staff was really friendly, and of course my wife couldn’t resist buying a few things. I especially liked their kids/baby section. We’ll definitely be back!

Horrible return policy. Even with a reciept and tags items in original condition.
Customer service is underwhelming almost to a point of being a bit rude and standoffish.
Was in a bind for a dress, 🤷🏽♀️went to Sherman oaks mall the fit (size small) was way too small for a 5’2 petite frame.
Good reminder not to give companies like this your time or money. Clothes probably eEnd up in a landfill.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went on a walk with my niece that was visiting and she wanted to go in this store. We went in and were greeted but overall The staff was Only friendly amongst themselves. They did not offer any help throughout the store or in the fitting room. Purchased a shirt and checkout process was quick with no words exchanged. Will not be coming back
The store has cute affordable clothes but watch out for the thin material and pilling. Some items are more durable than others, I’d steer clean of any see through items as they’ll get damaged quickly, then what’s the point of buying them?
This is daughters of former F21 family store who intentionally went on chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy filings so this family who were billionaires didn’t want to pay their own money to their F21 vendors. But able to get away just because they filled bankruptcy. Now they are expanding with other people money. And they called them self true Christians? May GOD judges your family at a time of judgment. You may get away from human but in eyes of GOD. He is recording every mili seconds you sin. Shame on you Chang family.
