1. I had tried for 2 years to sell a commercial property on my own. I finally gave up and was trying to decide who to list with. Out of the blue, Ted called and reminded me it was his anniversary, and we discussed the fact that I had photographed his wedding many years earlier. During our visit, it became apparent who I should list the property with. He had the property sold in about 2 weeks for full asking price. Needless to say, Ted Hughes is my go-to broker.

2. Ted is a real pro in the real estate game. He knows the market and can represent his client professionally and honestly. I trust Ted to give me insight and information I can’t obtain on my own. He saves me time and most importantly I can trust him. By the way, he plays a mean game of ping pong!

3. Occasionally, we come across a special person who is willing to go the extra mile. Thank you, Ted Hughes, for being that person. You did everything you could to negotiate a sale that just wasn’t meant to be and then walked us through the final sale with buyers that had no realtor.
