If i could give zero stars I would. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. We were told there were 2 patients ahead of us. Been waiting well over an hour. We arrived at 11:35 and the appointment was at 11:45 am. Waited 2 hours and still no change. We were told an hour in that there were two more patients ahead of us. Asked at the 2 hour mark and was told the exact same thing. Grandpa finally was called in at 1:50 pm. It was getting close to 2:30 and I had to get going so my mom had to go pick up grandpa.
She arrives and an hour later she still had not seen my grandpa come out yet. Grandpa had been taken inside to wait in one of the rooms. He hadn’t been seen by the doctor until almost 4 pm.
We were talking to other patients in the waiting area, they all said they had been waiting for 2-3 hours. One doctor available. This is one of the worst clinics I’ve been too. Avoid this place at all costs, it’s best to find another place that will address you quickly.
My husband saw a male doctor and we waited hours to see him. The waiting time is so ridiculous. I asked the girls up front how much longer? That they should tell their patients to bring lunch and dinner with them. I know it’s not their fault, but they need to know that waiting for hours is not ok. They did say he’s very extensive with his patients and there was one person ahead of us 🤦♀️ So we waited. The doctor came in and he had an attitude! He was in the room for like 15 minutes which is fine and normal to me, but I don’t understand why he takes hours to move on to the next patient. He was super late to see him and still had an attitude, we will never see him again. He is an oriental doctor, I can’t remember his name. If you have an appointment with him bring snacks, a sandwich and drinks because you will wait at least 2 hours before you get seen.
Had an appointment at 10:15am. It’s 12:05 and haven’t seen the dr, seems like it’s gonna be another 30-40 minutes before I do. Took an hour just to get vitals done. Only gave a star because the nurses are so kind. Dr spent over 30 minutes with the patient next room over when obviously he’s TWO HOURS BEHIND. Absolutely horrible time management here. You need to have the whole day free to go here because who knows how long you’ll be here. The one on Columbia street is more chaotic but has managed to cut wait times down to about an hour. Only come here if you absolutely have no other choice. Have been here so long the lights have turned off on me twice
Checking was quick, then once I got into the room I was told that I would need to wait a few minutes for the doctor. I get it that waiting sometimes takes a while because each patient requires different treatment, but I been waiting for 2hrs now and I’m not even getting a heads up. I’m about to walk out. This is very unprofessional and they do seem like they don’t care. I wanted to try this new location because the one I go to is pretty sketchy, but their service is so much quicker. They just need to get their stuff together.
