The receptionist all had the most amazing personality. They greeted me with a smile and was polite. The nurses were friendly and the practitioner was attentive and listened to my concerns. The waiting time was not long. It was my first visit but I believe that I have found a home.
Brandi is amazing. She is so sweet and I cannot say enough good things about this practice. All around- everyone is so welcoming and i try to recommend as often as possible. I’ve felt nothing but welcomed and taken care of since I’ve chosen them to be my primary care!
The office staff are always very friendly and responsive. The medical team have all been very patient, easy to talk to, and have taken time to answer any questions I may have either during the appointment or afterwards. I have never had to wait much past my appointment time and they are very efficient. I’m grateful to have found them and have happily recommended this office to friends and family.
I love Dr. Burdette, she has been my Primary Care Physician since the came to 69S. She listens and communicates on a level.of patient understanding. If they are accepting new patients, Taylorville Primary is highly recommended!
The Nurse Practitioners and Dr. Burdette are kind, caring, personable, and knowledgeable to any need or concern you have. You never feel rushed or on a tight time schedule. I highly recommend all the staff at Taylorville Family Medicine.
