1. If i could give a -10 i would. We received an audit letter from the state of alabama. Jackie was just about the rudest and non helpful person i have spoken to in a long time. Matter of fact the day i dropped off our taxes per my husband who had a friend who swore by these people she was very rude to me. Had no time for me until i explained i was there to see Kenneth. When i called about the letter from the state i explained to JACKIE that i know nothing about taxes she said KENNETH was on a BOAT! Basically the people u would expect to help u understand what the state is asking for cared nothing about helping. I was told that KENNETH claimed things that haven’t been able to be claimed since 2019. Huh how bout that??? So what do u do? You give up. You tell the state about what u have been told and that u had no guidance, no professional tax services! Beware people. BBB IS NEXT! Thanks for your help Jackie!

2. I have been using Tax Professionals for several years and very happy with the service from Jackie and Ken. I think it does help to have your paperwork in order and the work sheet they provide filled out. Thank you Jackie and Ken.
