i thought i walked into a walmart bathroom…
& honestly this has been a trend here lately. and a lot of people are getting frustrated.
Poor customer service. Ordered online and was handed the wrong shorts, no big deal. Asked for the correct pair and they brought me the wrong ones again. The Girl told me as a matter of factly, they were not wrong. I showed her my online order and showed that it said the shorts were different and she got an attitude. I asked for my money back and she seemed to get offended. Went to put reason for return (wrong item) and she canceled and said no you have to say you changed your mind. Very rude customer service. Girls name was Sydney in order pickup department.
Once again, am I in a nightclub or a store? Crazy loud music making shopping impossible. It doesn’t even matter the music selection, I just want to shop not go to a house party. Looking at the mens toiletry section it’s apparent that they are catering to Gen Z. I just wanted to buy some shaving cream. Who are your buyers and marketers? This is why Amazon is so popular.
POOR CUSTOMER RETENTION and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Store #1825 in Montgomery refused to return $44.00 in total to my debit card because of the $156.00 I spent, I used a merchandise credit of $22.00. The store front desk crew refused to override the store code and return the full amount to my debit card. My return was for $44.00. Do the math; the store retained a clear profit. If this is not remedied, Target will lose a customer for life. This is worse than Walmart! Curious. Has this happened to anyone else out there?

I’m not a Target fanatic like many people are but I am a fan of some of the brands and some of the more recent changes to the grocery side. This location stays clean and pretty well stocked, has a Starbucks, and has a quick and easy return process.
