1. Your better off buying your own house. Rented a place with them and they delay fixing what they lease and the owners are cheap. The minor issues they can fix but it takes them forever and they even forget about you or try to make you think it’s not the problem you think that even if you know some one professional and that has look at it. The maintenance person isn’t license or hasn’t went to school for what he does which is going the cheap route. So your problems won’t be fix by an expert. The owners are too cheap to put in money to fix major problems. And most of the properties I’ve done seen before I lived in two of their properties are roach infested. They tell you it’s your problem even if it was like that before you lived there. You get what you pay for and all of these properties are cheap and rottening to the ground. The older lady in the office is rude and think she knows everything when there’s no one on earth that doesn’t and she doesn’t listen and makes excuse for problems. You are better off staying in the projects or buy a house than renting from them period.

2. I went up there to look at the homes that where listed. The lady told me that someone would contacted no later than 130p. If I didn’t hear from anyone call. So i called at 140 and that person wasn’t there. And they finally contact me after 2pm. So if they cannot do something that simple 2 meet and look house “on time” then your credibility make me look elsewhere. And that’s what I did.

3. Nice place relaxing and a great meal. I ordered the plater it had crab cake, bay scallops, shrimp, fish, coleslaw, and I had it blackened.

4. I love my little 2 bedroom. Talley is very prompt with repairs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would reccomend Talley Rentals. 😊
