visit is refreshing. The crew is exceptionally personable and friendly. They do a great job serving all of our vehicles.
4th vehicle in line. 1 car in each bay then my vehicle. Waited over 1 hour before someone showed up to change the oil in my daughters car. No apologies for being so slow, nothing except charging 109$ for a 6qt. Oil change. Never did clean windshield. 1 guy trying to run 3 bays while the manager obviously did not want to or refused to get his hands dirty. Manager never apologized for the long wait time, offered a discount for the long wait, nothing. Good thing we don’t depend on places like this, just didn’t have time to change it ourselves this time. Will not be back to this place ever. 3 strikes your out!
Wow, just wow. I’ve had lots of oil changes. These guys are good. They actually took the remaining oil from the gallon jugs to make sure they had the right amount in the engine. I waited longer in line than it took to get the oil changed. Had an appointment which seemed to work well. Highly recommend. First time here. Will be back. Great work gang!
I have taken my car for oil changes to Take 5 since I made the discovery they existed back in 2018 and not once have I been disappointed. They had a convenient location in Daphne when I lived in Fairhope. But now that I’m in Foley, they have a convenient location in Foley on Route 59, right by the Sonic.
I had a friend with me who had not been to Take 5 and he was as equally impressed as I was by the service I received yesterday. I told him that they really know their stuff here. They treat customers like they treat the cars they service. With care. They often offer a bottled water upon arrival and listen as you explain what is needed. They aren’t pushy about trying to sell you items or services you don’t need or want. They’re happy to educate you if you have questions like I did. I asked what the air filter looked like and he showed me. Chancellor explained the use of it and how a clean one could help. Jerry showed me the difference between the clean and dirty and I knew replacing it was a good idea. They used synthetic oil like I asked them to, filled my tires and completed their maintenance on my Jeep Cherokee and again I can say no regrets. Good price for good service with good people. You can’t beat that. They even washed my windshield. And I never left my vehicle. Just drove in and out in less than 30 min, with a smile. Chancellor and Jerry made my night. My first time here so I decided to make an appointment. I had a online 2:00 appointment today. On arrival they said they weren’t taking appointments today – most of the crew did not show up… I could wait. No promises, but probably 1 1/2 hours or more wait. This place has many good reviews, I just left….undecided if I will give it another chance…
