I have been trying to contact this property for months now, in hopes of getting a tour/availability confirmation and have heard nothing. I’ve left my name and information with the workers multiple times now. Completely unprofessional. I don’t understand how/if people are actually moving in.
These lofts are truly a diamond in the rough and you can’t find better for the money in Los Angeles (I searched for months). I lived in one of the 2 bedroom units for just over two years and already miss it. Beautiful high ceilings, incredible light, epic views, very nicely finishings, great rooftop, and an overall good artsy building vibe. The only reason I moved out was needing more space for my work. Kri is hands-down the best building manager I’ve ever had on either coast, and is very professional while being extremely caring and attentive. The security Abel and Bryan are really solid and friendly. Always around to help, they feel like good neighbors and were there the entire time I lived there. I had such a good experience I felt compelled to write the first review I’ve ever left for a building I’ve lived in!
I moved here about 5 months ago and honestly THE BEST building I’ve moved in ever since moving to LA , 8 years ago. The manager Kri is AWESOME, very responsive and helpful with any that is needed and super sweet ! Couldn’t asked for better management . The security guards Able and Brian are great as well! I always feel super safe in the building and despite the location outside – inside the building is very very clean . The building lay out as well as my unit is really beautiful. Lots of compliments from my guest. And the rooftop in my opinion is the best in downtown because you’re not so high up so you get a really good close up eye level of DTLA. Highly recommend this building . And I plan on staying for a long time !
Also ! The tenants are all GREAT tons of fellow creatives in this building so being able to network at arms reach is so perfect .
This place is amazing! My friend lives here and we brought a few friends to lounge on their rooftop with comfy patio furniture and good vibes where you can see all of la. Entryway and security and staff are all such homies. Kri the building manager is a sweetheart and really friendly and accommodating. And to top it all off they have this game room with like 12 computers all dimly lit and cool lookin and they seem like they’d be totally open to hosting community nights and stuff! Great things to come
I love my studio! Very spacious and the large windows provide great lighting! The amenities here are dope! The rooftop has the best view of DTLA hands down. The game room is like nothing I’ve seen before. So cool living here!
