I stopped in last night at like 2:30am. Me and my husband both got a build your own box, and shared a nachos bell grande. The lady on the register taking orders was very friendly and attentive. Everything was perfect. They were out of cinnamon twists but it was fine cuz we used the extra chips for our bell grande, it was so stacked! Same with the chalupa and the gordita crunch Supreme! I was so stuffed! Whoever was working was packing that food real good! Thanks so much! My second time in LA đ
Placed an order online showed up 15 mns after and still my order is not ready. Brought it up to their attention and the cashier was like not sure why they havenât done it yet come to realise he barely printed out my order for them to make it, took 35 mns from the time I placed it online. Terrible service. Hardly come here or buy any fast food for that same reason. Long periods of wait time. Update 7/23/24

Had a bad experience with the cashier. He seemed very fidgety and didnât even greet anyone in my group. I asked what was inside the taco I was buying and he told me but when I got my tacos they had an extra ingredient I didnât like at all. Which is why I initially asked what was inside them. I threw them away. Not clean on the outside and no where to sit.
Drive thru = 30 minutes, even if itâs just two cars. Literally faster to drive to a different location and come back to this one
Letâs just start off by saying that youâre not going for some luxury customer service, itâs Taco Bell however I just think it would be great if the employees would just be able to execute a simple task as of giving napkins if I were to ask instead of being told itâs in the bag when i had 3 different orders and none of them included it. I think thatâs just absurdâŠ. What am I supposed to use ? Anyways then it turns out my cruncwrap is cold and only half wayâŠI just think this is just laziness.
