1. I went in to the Fieldstown store on 3/5/24 to switch over my phone that I received from T-Mobile. Rowdy was awesome. I brought in my case and screen protector that I intended to put on myself after switching phones but without any hesitation he put then on for me. It took about 45 minutes to transfer my information over. I thought I’d just be sitting there but as long as he didn’t have another customer he talked to me about different products & things in Gardendale that helped the time go by quickly. I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile.

2. Rowdy was awesome had me n and out n 10 minutes. Sumiton t mobile store didn’t offer anything gardendale store did. 100% recommend Rowdy in gardendale

3. The employees here are very wishy-washy. You never know what kind of experience they have or service you’re going to get. When I went yesterday I was a little surprised at how determined the sales rep was to try to get me to use their internet service even though my ZIP code clearly says it does not in my area yet but they try to say that they’re some other kind of service that they have would work and then maybe that would mean that they’re new internet service would work and they had a guarantee for a refund if it didn’t and I’m thinking to myself he must really be desperate for sale today. Anyways the employees are usually Pleasant. But I have had some very bad experiences in the past.
