1. There is not a better Insurance broker in town. I have had the pleasure of working with Susman for over 20 years for everything from my home, personal property, umbrella, fire and car insurance. Living in the hills it has been very challenging getting my house insured lately and they always find a way to deliver for me. Additonally I have had to go to battle with an insurance company over a large claim and they were always by my side helping.

   Karl, Azy, Lee and the whole gang are very responsive, make you feel like you matter and I always feel like they have my best interests in mind. I have sent several clients to them over the years and the feedback is always the same. Thank you.

3. Do you ever feel like all you ever do is pay thousands of dollars in premium to insurance companies and never file a claim? We felt that way until a month ago.

I was looking for an insurance agency for property, auto, and umbrella policy and contacted many insurance agencies until a Caldwell Banker RE broker and a friend, Nima, referred me to Susman Insurance agency. i can not begin to tell you what a great customer service I received and how happy I was working with Susman Insurance Agency. 5. I have been a client of Susman Insurance Agency since 2018. Karl and Lee have a tremendous knowledge of the marketplace and strong relationships with the carriers. We put in place my first whole life policy in 2018, and second in 2023. They were able to negotiate a favorable rate on my behalf, and even reprice the initial policy. Their expertise and guidance that translated into significant savings for me. Highly recommend!
