Steven helped me and my husband purchase our 2010 Acura TL yesterday and we are IN LOVE, and I even think that that’s an understatement to be honest. We were supposed to bring it back today to get it detailed and cleaned up, but Steven managed to sweet talk the detailer and get it done before we left yesterday! Both Steven and Greg worked with us on a payment plan within our budget, and even gave us a REALLY great deal on our trade-in. We traded in a 2004 Ford Explorer and all I can say is that Susan Schein will FOREVER have mine and my family’s business when we need a car. The professionalism is top notch and idk why anyone would go anywhere else. The cars are great if you do your research beforehand and know what you’re getting into buying a used vehicle
I purchased my 2011 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 with 42k miles from Susan Schein on July 15th, 2024. Came to the dealership, pretty decently paced process and my sales associates helpful while there. After taking delivery I noticed the rear rotors and brakes are almost non-existent. I have them fixed at my own expense. Now just a few days later the reverse gear in the transmission will not engage (Less than 200 miles later). The store basically told me SOL. They claim they did an inspection but somehow obviously didn’t notice the brakes or rotors, which definitely tells me they barely inspected any of it taking now the transmission is broken. I would assume they do these same “inspections” on their other vehicles so BEWARE. Even my sales associate said “I work here and don’t service my car with them.” Which should advise anyone they are not capable of safely putting vehicles on the road. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY BUSINESS!
We worked with Taylor and he was awesome! It was my son’s first purchase on his own. He’s military and saved over a year for a particular vehicle he wanted and we found it at Schein. Taylor made everything easy and smooth. Thank you far giving him a great car buying experience! He absolutely loves his truck and so far everything is great! So go see Taylor if you’re looking for a new ride!
