Surge is the best staffing company around cullman. The others like onin and laborsource take money from your paychecks. You are paid what they tell you your pay rate is at surge but they tell you up front that if you walk off a job you will be minimum waged. If you work a job and stay, you don’t have anything to worry about. Ignore the bad review. Kayla up there is really helpful and they care about helping you find a job you like.
I was told I would not have to pay for a background check because the company I was hired on with wasn’t worried about backgrounds. I also told them from the beginning that I was a convicted felon. I was charged about 70$ for two background checks. I also paid for the insurance through surge. I called the number on the insurance card to make sure I was covered and was told that I was and I could go to the doctor that day. They were wrong. Now I have over 400$ in medical bills. Last week our paychecks didn’t go through. I had to wait 4 days until I finally got my check. I would not recommend this company.
They got me a job within 10 minutes it’s quick and easy and the staff is very helpful if you can not find employment let them help you it’s that easy
