Service was great. The location was great, the room was not up to my standard as soon as I walked into the room the smell of the carpet hit me in my face, it was too late to leave and hopefully find another motel. The pictures are deceiving in the advertisement. It was a good price for one night with a military discount my room was 128.00. The washcloths were not clean and the bathtub wasn’t too clean either. I will never stay at this place again I don’t know what the other rooms looked like but the one I stayed in was horrible, they should have paid me for staying there.
I have stayed with this hotel multiple times. Each and every time has been the same. Amazing customer service upfront, great communication about the amenities offered, and very personable. Huey is very professional and real and I have had no issues out of my many stays here. I have also been allowed early checkin at no additional cost just from his familiarity with me.I am now VIP and thankfully Huey has offered me early check in and a waiver deposit for me continuous support. Thanks for offering a great place to stay when I’m in town! Will obviously be back!
I stayed here August 11, 2024 and still haven’t gotten my $50 deposit returned to me. I complained about the dirty bed and Huey the manager said I read your review. I’ve called twice and no returned call. There was a huge hole in the bathroom door. Be a good manager and refund my deposit like promised.
The room was really spacious and I loved the design. Everything was super clean and I didn’t have any issues checking in or out! Mr. Huey’s customer service was top tier, I will definitely be back!
The age of this property definitely showed. However even older hotels can be kept clean. If money is an issue and you simply must stay at this hotel, I encourage you to bring your own sheets/pillowcases/towels & washcloths. Although the picture of the breakfast setup has a waffle iron in it, it is not actually present. So, no waffles. The coffee was so weak, I have seen tea that was darker. Needless to say my family will not be staying at this location again.
