Everything was great ! The customer service was top tier and the Anthony at the front desk was a really huge help. He answered any questions that I had and anything that I needed he provided to me with no hesitation ! I will be staying here again !
Very kind and understanding staff! They have helped so much and the rooms are clean and they have free breakfast! Jeneva and Anthony gave us great service! We really enjoy our stay!
Arrived 2am. Front desk attendant was asleep on desk, I could see through the locked door. Rang bell, didn’t answer. Had to call and wake her up. She was pretty incoherent. Room smelled like a hint of weed and mildew. Sheets had stains and cigarette burns.
Breakfast @ 9am with no lights on and two young boys asleep across the limited seating areas. Asked front desk ( mom of the two boys) to fix tv and was told “ oh you are in the room with the broken tv”.
Also, 10:00 am knocking on door with voices in hallway, employee wanted to know if we were staying over because he wanted in to clean our room. Had to tell him that check out is 11. Also just a few sheets of toilet paper on roll and three Kleenex.
Would welcome a call from management to further discuss!
Hotel was very clean and nice. The guy at the desk Anthony was very nice and helpful. Came to watch the game as a south Florida fan and was very pleased.
Ms. Jeneva was extremely helpful at check-in finding a room for my specific needs and Ms. Angelica was simply a pleasure for us while extending our stay as well as at check-out! A 10/10! Highly recommend!
