  1. Quick and easy no reservation check-in in the early hours of the morning during a road trip.
Was able to stop in and get a room, right then to get sleep on my road trip. Two other places wouldn’t check in rooms until morning, but they were available here.
Quality room, AC ran great, got the room very cold. Bed was quite soft, which I like, and I was able to go to sleep quickly. The only complaint/oddity is the metal trim around the base of the bed, you are going to bump it often. It doesn’t hurt but it makes a loud noise easily.

  2. I rarely leave reviews but do read them. I was going to be in Montgomery for 2 nights and was looking for a decent place with a pool. First the room – nice and clean – bed was good – room didn’t smell. Location is close to a lot of restaurants. Now the not so good. The pool was green and actually had frogs in it. While the bed was comfortable- it’s on a raised frame, someone thought it would be a good idea to put thin metal around the frame every time you sit on the bed it buckles the metal and makes a loud bang – as you walk up to the bed you can’t help but kick it, another loud bang. I didn’t try the breakfast because there is a Jack’s nearby, good breakfast cheap. Because of the pool and the bed I would subtract a few stars. But if you want a clean room, quiet, decent night sleep- it’s a good place for the money. On the bed issue, I did notice several reviews complaining and a response 7 months ago that they were working on it. Seems in 7 months they could have figured out a solution- I can think of several inexpensive fixes. But I think most of the hotel responses are just gaslighting.

  3. Good location, good breakfast (waffles) & friendly staff. The bedding was stained, but appeared clean. They didn’t make my bed, but they replaced the towels for my second night. The faucet was reversed (hot & cold). The AC worked. Food & gas nearby.

  4. Covered in roaches. Saw 6 roaches right when we walked in the room. Front desk then gave attitude as if it was our fault this nasty motel was covered in roaches. Would not refund at the front desk and was made to jump through hoops with Expedia to get money back. Disgusting place with terrible employees. Avoid at all costs. We booked a place right across the road with no issues. Save your money.
