Everything was a quick easy process and the price for the unit is great compared to the 16-1700 rent other complexes are charging for a 2 bedroom! The manager is super nice and respectful and that’s all that matters to me. My neighbors don’t bother me and everybody minds their own which is a plus ! I haven’t seen any critters crawling in my apartment either. I like it here for the most part I won’t be leaving anytime soon.
I visited the property looking for a two bedroom. I was greeted by the manager Brittany as she was out on the property. She was super cheerful and helpful and gave me a tour of the property. The property was clean and you can tell she has a great relationship with her residents. I hope a two bedroom becomes available soon!
I’m a resident since March 2023. Team Lead Britiany Garcia made the process quick & easy, have all the answers, the best greetings and gets maintenance business done every time! It’s very Clean, Up-dated, Quiet & there’s Plenty of Guest Parking for Residents with more than 1 Car. Only Downfall is: I’ve notice Random People walking around Late Night & they Look Very Suspicious or seems Off like if they don’t even live in the Complex.. & Out of all Cars, Mines was broken into. I feel so targeted & un-safe here.. though it’s a gated community.. But it’s Fresno so I can’t blame the Apartments here. But Overall, I recommend the stay here, Stay at your own Risk! 🙂
One of a kind manager for sure! You can tell she has a great relationship with her residents and makes sure the property is taken care of! Grounds are always well kept and new maintenance takes care of business.
Been living here for about 6 months now and it’s been really great! Online application process was easy and communication with Britainy throughout the process was always quick and smooth, with fast responses to any questions I had. I feel safe living here and am definitely looking forward to continue calling this place home!
