1. They (management) don’t care at all about you and your complaints. Many people live in next cezanne who have car’s body shop and car wash in their garages !!!!!!!! They are always loud and annoying. (Specially during repair cars) .
   Their car always shakes my kitchen and cabinets!!😡
   Most of the time they party until 4 am. We told the office thousands of times, but they don’t care.

2. SERIOUSLY, BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!

   Further Update: The phone number that “the owner” below left me is a number to a completely different company. The Summit management and GHP do not answer their phones and have always ignored my emails. Please stay away from this place. I can say with near certainty that the good reviews about the “wonderful maintenance & leasing team” are fake.

   Update: I have now moved so I’m including the address. 22171 Bauhina Court aka Unit BC71 Has mold in it. The property has NOT fixed the issue. I had to call the Department of Public Health. Management and GHP did not offer to assist with moving costs. They then demanded that I sign a confidentiality waiver that banned me from telling anyone about the mold in my unit. This is a shameful way to do business.

   I was forced to move when my unit became infested with black mold and mushrooms!

   I do not feel safe in my apartment and my concerns are not being taken seriously. I contacted maintenance a month ago and they did not come out for three weeks. when they finally came I told them that my house reeked of mold, and they told me that it may have just been mildew. They told me that other tenants were experiencing issues because of the water as well.

   Lo and behold, two weeks later my house was infested with mold and mushrooms, literally growing in my apartment. It is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. Most importantly, it is a health risk. The mold is visible in my five year-old daughter’s room, and I have no idea how long she has been exposed to it.

   She has been experiencing respiratory and gastrointestinal issues for the last month and I suspect it is because she has been exposed to mold. Management does not take the serious and they are impossible to get a hold of. I have a feeling my attorney will be able to get hold of them, though. Do not move here.

   I contacted the community manager, Jason I spoke to people in the leasing office, and I also called resident services several times. this issue still has not been fixed and the maintenance told me that he planned to spot treat mold. Truly unbelievable.

3. My unit is spacious and updated beautifully. However, maintenance and the Resident Services Office is so unprofessional and rude. Amal Karim from Resident Services kicked me out of the Leasing Office bc I was upset and trying to get answers on my malfunctioning garage door that opens when.it feels like. Or it traps my car in bc it opens only half way. Or sometimes it just wont open at all. No one ever answers the phone. You can leave messages, send emails and if you do not repeat messages and emails you will not get a reply. Ive had a water leak issue from the roof, an ac unit that did not work, and a garage door that has been malfunctioning. Someone attempted to break into my unit last Saturday morning. Homeless get in the gates and sleep in the community. Cars have been broken into, etc. Every maintenance request becomes an argument. Most of the maintenance team has no clue what they are doing and Neo actually blamed me for garage being open when I wasnt home insisting that I did not close it. He refused to listen to me at all. Maintenance will enter your unit without permission. I was taking my dog out when I first moved in and someones pit bull jumped off the patio on the roof of the building to attack my dog. Pit bulls are supposedly not allowed here, but they are everywhere here and owners do not control them. And the office can care the less. If you have a noise complaint the office does nothing. I typically travel and I am not here that much. But I do not know if I can remain here for the rest of my lease and I have another year. Believe every bad review on here they are all true, especially about the mushrooms. I have seen them in one unit first hand and they absolutely will do nothing about them. It is horribly managed here!

4. Our HVAC system does not work upstairs. In the summer it is dangerously hot and in the winter it is very cold. We’re paying for a two story town home and we cannot safely and comfortably live on the 2nd floor. In these circumstances I would NOT recommend anyone move to this apartment community.

5. This is a quiet community, family oriented and I feel safe walking around here. Grounds are beautiful. Conveniently located.

   Maintenance requests are generally handled right away. Marvin, head of maintenance is terrific and so is his crew. Leak in my bdrm ceiling was quickly repaired in a short amount of time. His crew was very courteous and knowledgeable.

   I love living here.
