Owner was rude and condescending. My husband drove back after picking up our order. The bread of my sandwich was sticky, squishy, clearly underbaked. The sandwich was not edible. All we asked was for it to be remade, we should have asked for a refund instead. The owner remarked that the bread was āperfectly fineā
This has happened to us once before at this location and we let it slide, but not this time especially when 1 foot long cost us nearly $15.
We wonāt be returning to this location and we donāt recommend it. Iād rather drive further to another subway.
There was a girl by the name of Teresa super rude. She was either drunk or high, but she was really rude to the other employees and customers. The customer in front of me actually stopped his order because he didnāt want her making it. The other employee (a young man) tried to step in and make the situation better, but she was so rude to him. The young man finished the orders in line while she cursed and was acting a fool.
Let me start this by saying that I generally will not choose Subway for food but will go along with the crowd if that is what everybody else wants. Having said that, this particular location stood out from the crowd. While small, it was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the sandwich I had did not taste like it was frozen and thawed. Everyone was greeted when they came in, the selection of chips didnāt have that āpicked overā look, and even the soda machine was clean. I donāt know if I will ever get back to this little town, but if I do I wonāt have any qualms about coming back to this Subway. They earned it.
I donāt know, but this subway in cal city has really gone done hill. The girl making my order has no care in the world, when it comes to customer service. She was so slow and kept interrupting the process with random things that they werenāt prepared for I guess. I mean, I understand, it happens, I was being very patient and kept a smile on my face. Trying not to seem bothered. But everything she did, she took her sweet time. Never apologized, never said anything to at least act like my waiting was a concern for her. Clearly it wasnāt. It goes to show how customer service isnāt subways thing! And another thing Iād like to point outā¦ Whereās the diversity in their employees? In the last couple years I notice only one race employed at this location. Iām not racist or anything but I thought it was a mandatory job policy at any businessā¦.
Maybe thatās where the problem is in the service weāve been experiencing here. Letās get it together subway!!! At least check your workers attitudes. And get them to move like they care about keeping everyone waiting so long for a Sandwich. I was the only customer there and a man who came in after me. I was there probably a good 15 minutes. I order two sandwiches. It shouldnāt take that long; unless thereās a line out the door.
I guess if the owner doesnāt care why should anyone care? I wonder if their sales gone down in recent years??? Iād assume so productivity!?!?
I tried to call them to get a footlong sub but they would not answer me and I called them 15 times š”š¤¬
