**Update July 2024**
I decided to leave Stoa one month early. After reaching out to corporate about the noise issue, and having the community manager reach out to the neighbors, it seemed the noise levels got worse. I got tired of it and decided to leave. Too bad, this was a really nice building, but not worth the poor support from the management team and lack of kindness from the upstairs neighbor.

I used to really enjoy living at Stoa, but my upstairs neighbors have ruined it for me. For the first six months or so Stoa was pretty great, but the last two moths have been hell.
I hear nearly constant noise from my upstairs neighbors, dragging and dropping furniture, barking dogs, heavy footsteps. At a certain point it just starts to wear on you mentally, especially when you just want to go home and relax after work.
It sucks because I think the building has so much going for it, but the fact that I can’t get any peace and quite at home is a huge turn off and ruins the experience of living here.
I definitely won’t be renewing my lease and highly suggest you don’t move in here if you’re planning to live on a lower floor. It’s just not worth the risk.
My Fiance and I have been living here for almost 2 months now and we have had nothing but the best experience. Jorge the leasing manager really made us feel welcomed the moment we stepped foot in STOA apartments. Jorge has also done everything to make sure we are having the best experience living at STOA.
I recommend STOA to anyone who is looking to live here!

I recently moved to STOA and I absolutely love it. The apartment complex is clean and modern with excellent amenities but more importantly the leasing office staff (Jorge & Jared) are amazing and always willing to help. Location is great and feels like a nice little oasis in Little Tokyo especially with all of the great restaurants nearby. Overall, couldn’t be happier with my move!
I’ve been living at Stoa for about 2 years. The leasing & service team are responsive just like the courtesy patrol. If I ever had any issues, they were addressed quickly. There’s also a texting service when I needed help with a noise complaint. Vanessa is very helpful and approachable. Jason has been great with the upkeep of community, and everyone we met here has made this place feel like home to me and my dog. If you like the city and friendly people in your building, pick Stoa!
I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live at STOA. The amenities at STOA are top-notch, from the well-equipped fitness center to the beautiful rooftop with stunning views of the city. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The building is well-maintained and the staff is friendly and attentive. Rory’s dedication and professionalism truly set him apart. Johnathan and Jorge P’s precise service and timeliness are always appreciated.
