Our experience with Stivers Lincoln was exceptional! I previously had multiple conversations with Marquis on the phone about the vehicle we were inquiring about since we were driving 4 hours to shop with them. He was always so helpful and never made me feel like I was wasting his time even though I had a million questions. When we arrived, everyone was so friendly! Marquis was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. We decided to buy a different car than the one we had previously discussed and he knew every single feature of all packages. He worked hard with his manager to ensure we could meet in the middle for a deal that was comfortable for us. Tim, in the financial department was very helpful as well. These guys know their stuff! Marquis even wanted us to text him when we made it home safely. It felt like we were doing business with a longtime friend. I would recommend Stivers Lincoln to anyone, and if I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. They have a huge inventory and very competitive prices. We will be making the drive to shop with them the next time we buy a vehicle!
Great experience buying online from Stivers Ford. Contacted them in the middle of the day on a Saturday and within a short time, was approved and setup for Deliver the next business day. Fantastic sales experience. Purchased the truck remotely and it was very smooth and painless.
My only complaint is the detailing crew missed a bunch of areas on the vehicle.
***UPDATE
The detail job was absolutely unacceptable. Popped the hood and took a closer look and it’s obvious someone took the truck off road prior to the sell. I get that it’s a truck and that’s what they do but for as much as they cost the dealer could pay attention to detail. Now I have to spend time with a pressure washer doing what the dealer detailer should have done.
Awesome place! Lemorris went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Definitely worth making the drive from GA, and will be our first choice when we purchase another car in the future.
