very comfortable and cleanest hotel i have ever stayed. full kitchen, bring your chopping knife and condiments) with full size fridge and dishwasher. i have platinum elite, so we got upgraded to 1bedroom suite. i believe every room has tall ceiling (we stayed on the first floor). swimming pool is smaller than the picture but still nice. clean and new facilities. free breakfast. if you want to get anything, they have a small 24hour shop, or walmart is 2-minute away by car and open till 11pm.
100% would recommend, would stay again. they accommodate my big dog (golden retriever) and they have some small grass area for pet relief. dog fee is $50. parking is $20
Everything is new and all the staff are fresh and motivated. One of the best stay we ever had on a road trip outside of $400+ 5 star hotels. Well stocked kitchen (bring your own cutting knife and oil). Pet friendly with grass in the back for my lab. In the middle of business park so very dead quiet in the night though nothing in walking distance. Would be back again for sure.
The suite was clean, spacious, and well outfitted, and the full kitchen was nice. Breakfast was hearty with many choices. Wife was so impressed with the hotel, she looked up other Staybridge locations to stay. My son wished he could stay the whole week. Thereās a $20/night charge for parking.
Came down for the Woodbridge Invitational and decided to stay in town instead of driving another 2 hrs home. Great room, the girls loved the free breakfast in the morning and even used the pool at night. Will definitely keep an eye out for Staybridge Suites the next time were in need of a place to stay.
Great location. HORRIBLEā¦I mean HORRIBLE customer service. I will never stay or recommend this place to anyoneā¦as a matter of fact, we are platinum reward members and Iām thinking of boycotting IHG all together.
First, we arrive early (not the hotelās fault) but I called at 9:00am to see if we could get an earlier check in. Their check in time is at 4pm. The guy on the phone says to come around 2:30 and it should be no problem. We get there at 2:00 the lady was RUDE and dismissive. Checking others in but since we had a 2 bedroom she said those take longer to clean. I asked if she could put us on the list since we really had no where else to go and all our luggage. She said sure. So, 3:45 rolls around and she said she doesnāt know when our room is will be readyā¦at this point, I called the corporate number bc we are spending 9 days there and about 3k to stay there. Weāve never ever been treated so unkind at any other IHG hotel. At 3:58 she comes and says we can check in to our room now.
Fast forwardā¦the walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING at night.
On check out day we go down for breakfast at 0700 the app says breakfast is 0630-0930. Apparently during the week itās 730-1030. We have to leave the hotel by 0730 to get there to the airport. All the food is out but roped off. We asked if I could just grab a bowl of fruit for my son or get plates since all the food is just sitting thereā¦.we asked this at 7:17 ā¦.the answer. NO.
Lol. š I was shockedā¦but also not shocked based on the way we were treated upon arrival.
We left and grabbed food at the airport. I think Iām canceling my IHG card and points and sticking to Hilton and Marriott.
Also they charge you 20.00 a day for parking. Ridiculous all together. Stay somewhere else.
