Staff was friendly, no issues overall. Family enjoyed the pool.
Only issue is the food not the greatest (breakfast) even though it’s a free breakfast you are still paying for it for the stay.. anyway it does it purpose to start the morning.
At the end the day I would stay again at this hotel.
Great customer service, lots of breakfast options, complimentary breakfast, and good food. Beds and room were very clean. Pool and activities in the courtyard for kids. No overcharging. Took one star off just because the hot tub didn’t look as clean as the pool. We would stay here again!
“The most friendly hotel in San Diego,was a stroke of luck for me. Especially the male front desk staff with purple hair (forgive me for forgetting his name) was incredibly helpful and kind. Fortunately, I encountered him during check-in, which set the tone for my wonderful trip in SD.
The room is nice and clean and their customer service was friendly BUT the
A/C in that hotel is not working properly, the whole building feels very warm. I let the front desk know about the A/C in our room not working properly and maintenance came and reseted the box and told us to give it time… three hours later the difference wasn’t much and the thermostat kept flickering before turning off. We had it set at the lowest which was 64° and it felt like high 70s-80. I don’t think we would be staying here again due to their A/C issues… our stay was very uncomfortable especially when you have small kids… it’s a shame because the hotel is nice and the location is great for a family vacation.
Very friendly staff and the hotel is dog friendly. Rooms are spacious and everything looks new. Will definitely stay here again.
