Sara at the front desk was amazing! We moved rooms from the 1st floor because the people above us had heavy feet and we heard every move they made, the 3rd floor were we moved was much peaceful and I got a good nights rest. Sara was very accommodating with us moving our things from one floor to another. This will definitely be our spot when we come back and forth to Huntsville.
It was a nice stay. The rooms were clean and neat and the customer service was great. I loved the kitchen and that it had pretty much everything I needed. I would definitely stay again especially if I’m staying with one other person.
I stayed for 3 nights 05/2024 and was very surprised with how nice the suites were. Full kitchen w/ breakfast bar, couch and chair and large LCD TV. The bedroom was in a separate room with its own TV; the bathroom was in between. No complaints at all. I’ll stay here again.
I highly recommend this location to anyone that needs a stay i for any reason. From a Weekend to a week for out of town workers. Great environment. The Court yard is a vibe. You feel secure. Staff is friendly and courteous, and very clean as well.
I spent 2 nights on business. The hotel service was impressive. I lost my charger and a girl let me use hers. I am not going to give her whole name but it began with a T.
