It’s consistently slow and out of stock on popular items. Even for online orders you make 15-20 minutes in advance of showing up you will still have to wait for them and the inside is a cramped/ uncomfortable atmosphere but lucky for them they’re the only one around so there’s no other option. The employees are nice though so that’s the single redeeming quality.
Shout out to Rose, my favorite employee at this location. She knows my usual order and went above and beyond for me today on my birthday! I’ve never had any issues at this Starbucks, they’re always sweet and the coffee is good. Fast service. And they have the good ice!!! Highly recommend. And give Rose a raise!
Today has been the WORST service from this star bucks! I sat in drive thru line for over 20 mins and 10 mins at the intercom while they kept saying ” be right with you” and i could not get out of the line because where I was. Just unacceptable…
im normally not the type to give people bad ratings but im honestly surprised at how rude the workers are. i called because a shirt i had dropped out of my car in the parking lot and i was seeing if someone could run to grab it for me so it didnt get ran over and they pretty much told me no. they said they were too busy (which is crazy bc you wouldnt have answered the phone if you were that busy.) i know its not necessarily about my customer experience but it just shows the kind of people that work there.
Starbucks good traffic sucks. The starbucks shares a parking lot in a big strip mall and is right next to the entrance and exit point. When you add in the drive through line there is always track jams.
